With a Big 4 consulting background, his passion is in shaping client journeys towards a digitally enabled future. A seasoned practitioner of strategic, process and programme management methods and an evangelist in agile and lean, Hiren has coached client teams, developing capabilities for continued success such as for BT and the NHS. Always putting the customer at the centre of any transformation, Hiren has an eye on the big picture / eco-system whilst delivering solutions that illustrate benefits realisation for clients and their customers. Outside of work, Hiren is a dedicated family man with a passion for new and different cuisines and is a keen sportsman that, for his sins, supports Arsenal FC.
